Rita Paulsen has a demonstrable record of promoting, marketing and managing large and growing companies and multi-cultural NGOs in Africa. Her 22 years working experience with the production house and the marketing sector in Africa has enabled her to appreciate and navigate well the required systems and approaches for service provision, and cultural promotions especially among the young generation.
The work at benchmark productions ltd has offered her a solid understanding of the global media and commercial trend and development agenda and how these effectively promote and affect culture and human development.
Also being a marketing specialist, Rita has been able to explore the different techniques of expanding growing companies through interactive marketing using the available technology.
The different projects, which Rita has developed, engaged in and implemented, have given her a wide understanding of healthy, economical, cultural and political aspects for sustainable national development.
Rita provides an overall leadership and management for many activities in the company including the video production, event management, modeling, HIV/AIDS related programs, research, support programs, sanitation, and working with more than 80 staff.
Rita's experience as a media consultant has enabled her to deal with many companies and organizations like Celtel, Vodacom, ITV, NSSF, UNILIVER, TACAIDS, STANDARD CHARTERD BANK, TANZANIA BREWERIES, TIGO, MINISTRY OF HEALTH and social welfare (NACP), TANZANIA HARBOURS, COCACOLA, ZIMBABWE EMBASSY, SOUTH AFRICAN HIGH COMMISSION, BARCLAYS BANK, UNICEF, CCM, IPP MEDIA, NORWEIGN PEOPLE, EMIRATES, TANZANIA COURT OF APPEAL and many other organizations.
Rita Paulsen is also an expert marketing, lobbying, proposals writing for resource mobilization and managing projects aimed at creating a difference in people's life and national development.
She is an excellent communicator, event manager, designer, trainer, promoter, care giver, and has enormous experience and creativity in working and dealing with all kinds of people.
It is exiting to note that, Rita Paulsen is one of the few women entrepreneurs in Tanzania and Africa at large. Using her creative mind, Rita started Benchmark production. And with in a short period, benchmark has grown into being a leading production and media house in East Africa.
